Anillo de plata «Vergina Sun» de ZOLOTAS ¡La magia de la antigua Grecia! Precioso anillo de plata de la prestigiosa casa de joyería griega Zolotas, con un llamativo motivo de rayos de sol que recuerda al legendario Sol de Vergina. Firmado: sello «Zolotas 925» Dimensiones aproximadas: 52 cm (20,46 pulgadas), talla estadounidense: 6 cm (2,35 pulgadas) Excelente estado vintage (ver fotos). Un poco de historia: el símbolo alcanzó fama internacional en 1977, cuando el arqueólogo Manolis Andronikos descubrió las tumbas reales en Vergina, en el norte de Grecia. Un magnífico cofre funerario de oro (larnax), tradicionalmente atribuido a Filipo II, estaba decorado con un espectacular sol de 16 rayos. El motivo se asocia con el poder real y la identidad de la antigua Macedonia. También existen interpretaciones relacionadas con la luz, la vida, la divinidad y la eternidad, aunque su significado exacto en la Antigüedad sigue siendo objeto de debate. El Sol de Vergina original suele tener 16 rayos, aunque los motivos de rayos de sol de la antigua Grecia también aparecen con 8 o 12 rayos.
