First edition of the twenty-second album in the Boule and Bill series, entirely illustrated by Jean Roba. A collection of gags featuring Boule, his faithful cocker spaniel Bill, and their family circle, set in the tender and mischievous world created by Roba. The particularly dynamic cover depicts Boule and Bill running at full speed at the foot of a ladder on which Boule’s father stands, busy painting. The back cover is illustrated with a humorous conversation between Boule and Bill announcing the title of the next album, *Faut rigoler!*. Copyright Dargaud Benelux and Roba SPRL, 1988. Legal deposit D/1988/2377/339. ISBN 2-87129-048-2. A very nice copy, with a glossy hardcover and vibrant colors, showing slight signs of wear.
