The tapered body extends, causing several delicate metal prongs to fan out. The whisk was used to aerate or mix sparkling wine or champagne. Simple, elegant design with an empty monogram cartouche. Probably from the first half of the 20th century. Shows signs of age and wear; in good overall condition. Length 5.5–9.0 cm, weight 8.3 grams
