Openwork, relief-carved front featuring curved leaf motifs and a rich diamond setting. At the center is a natural emerald weighing 0.89 ct in a vibrant green, featuring a teardrop-shaped mixed cut. The gemstone, described as transparent, is set in a bezel setting, surrounded by a finely engraved, teardrop-shaped frame and a circumscribing diamond border. Three-dimensional leaf tendrils and fan-shaped arrangements of baguette-cut diamonds. The movable, ornately designed pendant loop echoes the leaf motif and is also set with diamonds. The back features an open, radial design. According to the appraisal, the setting comprises a total of 99 natural diamonds with a combined weight of 1.55 ct, including 85 round brilliant-cut diamonds and 14 rectangular baguette-cut diamonds. The diamond color is graded G to H, the clarity VS to P, and the fluorescence is rated as none to medium. According to the appraisal, the emerald measures 9.33 × 5.94 × 2.92 mm.
