[REVOLUTION] [DANJOU] “National Convention / Dispatch Commission.” Printed and completed document signed by Danjou [Jean-Pierre Danjou, member of the National Convention] dated 30 Thermidor, Year II [August 17, 1794] (a few weeks after Robespierre’s fall and execution), addressed to the citizens “members of the administration of the Semur district, Côte-d’Or department.” 2 folio-sized sheets (text on 1 page); seals of the Convention and the Commission of Dispatches; fine copy. “We have received, citizens, the Address you sent to the National Convention, dated 14 Thermidor, concerning the latest conspiracy by Robespierre and his accomplices. It was reported to the Convention today, and the Convention has decreed that it be given honorable mention and included in the bulletin*.” *A mark of political recognition for the republican and anti-Robespierrist loyalty of this district of Côte-d’Or.
