Leiberg, Helge Standing Figure Bronze with a black-brown patina on a bronze plinth. 16 x 13 x 10.5 cm. Signed “HLeiberg” on the reverse side of the plinth and bearing the foundry mark “H. NOACK BERLIN.” Edition of 60 numbered copies. Leiberg captures the symbolically simplified figure of a standing woman in the midst of a movement, freezing her in a wide lunge. The plinth, with its visible lateral textures, appears to be a cast of a rough wooden plank. A magnificent cast with an even, finely differentiated patina. Provenance: Private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia - Please request condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog.
