Beckmann, Otto Electronic Computer Graphics 3 sheets of graphics and/or photography on handmade paper and/or photographic paper. 1970–76. Up to approx. 58 x 46 cm (sheet size). 2 sheets signed “Otto Beckmann.” 2 sheets, edition of 80 numbered copies. The photographic work, “Computer Sculpture 1976,” which is part of Beckmann’s “Imaginary Computer Sculptures,” was created using the studio computer “a.i. PI / 75” (a further development of the a.i. 70); titled and labeled “Structures in Space (Sequences) Pl/75” on an adhesive label. The sheet “Port Arthur” from the “Modern Art Galerie” edition (MAG 3) is among the earliest works of Imaginary Architecture; “Fin de Siècle” also originates from the “Modern Art Galerie” edition (MAG 5).
