Breker, Arno Female Nude, Bent Over Watercolor, pencil, chalk, and black pen on Ingres d'Arches handmade paper. 1927/28. 45.5 x 29 cm (mat cutout). Signed “A. Breker” in pencil lower right. Curved black lines outline the figure, rendered in watercolor with subtle shading. The sheet is part of a series of 14 works created in Paris and dedicated by Breker to his future wife, Minima. Accompanied by a photographic expert report by Joe F. Bodenstein, Museum für Europäische Kunst, Schloss Nörwenich, dated May 4, 2012.
