(Ain) - LE DUC (Philibert). HISTORY OF THE REVOLUTION IN THE AIN. Bourg-en-Bresse, Martin Bottier, 1879–84. 6 in-12 volumes, red half-shagreen with corner pieces, decorated spine (contemporary binding). A print run of 460 copies in total on tinted laid paper, each volume featuring an etched frontispiece by P. Morgon. Philibert Le Duc, born in Bourg in 1815, was one of the founders of the Literary, Historical, and Archaeological Society of the Ain. Gold-stamped coat of arms on the covers. A few foxing spots; otherwise, a very fine copy. Included are: - DEMENTHON (C). NOTES ON CRITICAL AND DESCRIPTIVE BIBLIOGRAPHY… IN THE DEPARTMENT OF AIN. Bourg, Dureuil, 1904.
