Faceted crown set with a cabochon. 18K gold (750 thousandths) case back signed Cartier, reference 78086, numbered 0261, with “fabrication Charles Dubois” inscribed on the inside (hammerhead hallmark 170). Hand-wound mechanical movement, signed Cartier, caliber 78, based on an ETA movement. Black leather strap with an 18K gold (750 thousandths) folding clasp signed Cartier.
