A passionate advocate of traditional craftsmanship, Rebora designed and manufactured his cameras entirely by hand, without assistants or industrial production facilities. He deliberately avoided producing identical examples, regarding each camera as an individual creation combining precision engineering, beautiful materials, and functional photographic design. His extraordinary constructions incorporated fine hardwoods, brass fittings, and sophisticated Schneider optics. Among his clients were prominent Italian camera collectors.
