The inscription offers elaborate prayers for the ruler, invoking longevity, prosperity, and dominion measured in thousands of years, months, days, and hours—an expression of royal reverence and devotion. Signed by Mulla Sharif Kashgari, the binding reflects high craftsmanship, executed using traditional techniques of leather tooling, leather burning, and leather carving.
