Cataloger Note: Two-piece collection of vintage Florentine decorative boxes. One rectangular box features a gilt ground with red and dark brown scrolling foliate motifs and central geometric ornamentation. The second is a smaller rectangular box with a dark brown leather-covered exterior and contrasting lighter edges. Larger Box: L: 5.125" x W: 3.75" x H: 2" Smaller Box: L: 3.875" x W: 2.75" x H: 1.5" Good overall condition. Minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
