The exterior body features a subtle, acid-etched textured pattern mimicking stylized vermicelli scrolls or fine cloud scrollwork. The box is fitted with custom-crafted, structurally articulated gilt bronze/brass mounts, including a central ring collar framework that secures the hinged lid, a classical rosette thumbpiece clasp at the front, and two dropped hoop side handles. The entire base rim rests on four elegant spherical ball feet. H 5" x L 7.25" x W 4" Good condition, gilt paint loss.
