Dürer, Albrecht The Annunciation. Woodcut. 12.6 x 9.8 cm. Circa 1510. B. 19, Meder 128, another edition without text. Sheet 4 of the series. Excellent, even print with a narrow margin around the border line. Slightly browned; the gaps in the border contain faded pen drawings, repairs and careful retouching in the upper right corner of the image, above the monogram, and on the right side of the border; three inconspicuous retouched areas on the right among the wormholes around Mary’s left arm; overall impression nevertheless very good. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog. - Please ask for condition reports for individual lots, as the condition is usually not mentioned in the catalog.
