Remarkable illustrations including a beautiful frontispiece title page by Jaspar Isaac and 68 figures in the text engraved on copper by Léonard Gaultier, Thomas de Leu, and Jaspar Isaac after Ant. Caron. Wormholes in the lower corners of a few quires; a transverse tear with no loss, restored on folio F3; folio A5 has a shorter margin. Water stains. Crude restorations and minor defects in the binding.
