The day begins among the vineyards of Cocconato, with a stroll through the Monferrato hills and a tour of the winery, personally guided by the Bava family, who will share stories, traditions, and the secrets of their craft. The itinerary continues with two guided tastings designed to highlight the region’s finest offerings: • A tasting of Bava wines paired with a selection of artisanal cheeses, with the opportunity to sample rare vintages and wines not normally available to the public. • A tasting of Cocchi vermouth paired with premium chocolates, to discover surprising combinations and the infinite aromatic nuances of one of the most iconic products of the Piedmontese tradition. To round out the experience, a lunch dedicated to the most authentic flavors of Monferrato, featuring traditional local dishes paired with a selection of Bava wines and carefully matched Cocchi specialties.
