The Captive is a famous watch first introduced in the late 1920s and early 1930s, the result of a collaboration between the Swiss manufacturer Tavannes Watch Co. and the British luxury house Dunhill. This ingenious model was also distributed in partnership with other prestigious houses of the era, such as Hermès (which, for example, offered belt buckle watches).
