310 - Torchic Gold Star #108 Holo, EX Team Rocket Returns [ENG] 2004

Torchic Gold Star #108 Holo, EX Team Rocket Returns [ENG] 2004 As the second essential cornerstone of this set’s premier starter trio, Torchic Gold Star represents a monumental achievement in vintage Pokémon TCG collecting. To see all three Hoenn starter Gold Stars from EX Team Rocket Returns offered simultaneously in a single auction is an extraordinarily rare market occurrence. Back in 2004, the agonizingly low pull rate made obtaining a specific starter like Torchic an immense challenge. Today, securing authentic, investment-grade surviving specimens is virtually unheard of, as the available market supply remains locked away in high-end private vaults. Masterfully illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, the artwork depicts Torchic in its vibrant shiny coloration bursting beyond the visual frame—the hallmark dynamic feature of the Gold Star era. Preserved inside an AiGrading rigid, impact-resistant slab, this specimen earns an impressive 8.5 Near Mint-Mint+ overall grade. Its technical profile is backed by a 9 for the front surface and back borders, alongside consistent 8.5 sub-grades across the overall surface, overall borders, and overall corner angles. A premier, blue-chip vintage trophy for elite collections. AiGrading Report: Torchic Gold Star #108 Holo
