PIERRE BALMAIN - Haute couture - Circa 1969 - Evening dress. In green cotton velvet. Flat-strapped model with V-neckline and empire waist marked by a thick band of green silk satin with topstitching. The shape flares out lengthwise and the bottom is doubled with a gathered row whose hem is trimmed to match the waistline. Back zipper. Green lining. The label is sewn on the front of the bust: Pierre Balmain Paris - Bolduc 150688. -Dimensions : Chest (armpit to armpit): 43 cm Waist flat: 36 cm Height to middle of back: 110 cm Some lustrous effects in the velvet, including on the armpit line.
