Meissen pair of amphora vases with floral decoration Designed by Johann Gottfried Dressler and colleagues 1833-1836, underglaze blue sword marks after 1948, 1st and 2nd grade, stamp numbers and year marks for 1952 and 1970, two-piece ceremonial vases with a square plinth, round foot, ovoid body, funnel-shaped neck and two volute handles, ‘Flower 3’ or ‘Flower Bouquet’ decoration in fine polychrome overglaze painting, slightly varying gold trim and gold rims, good condition for their age, H 30.5 and 31 cm.
