Meissen ceremonial vase ‘Flower Bouquet’ Designed by Ernst August Leuteritz in 1880, underglaze blue ‘Knaufschwert’ mark (1860-1924), first-grade quality, incised model number G162, modeller’s number 30 and painter’s number 24, assembled in two parts, on a round plinth: a bulbous baluster shape with a long tubular neck, relief ornamental friezes and a bouquet of flowers on both sides in fine polychrome overglaze painting, gilded bronze and polished gold detailing as well as gold rims; without lid and with minimal wear to the gilding, otherwise in good condition; H 29.5 cm.
