Small bowl bearing the coat of arms of Josephina of Sweden c. 1830, unmarked, handwritten annotation "Jos. Maximilia, wife and Queen of Oscar I", flat trapezoidal bowl with a short upturned rim, royal blue overglaze decoration and gold accourage; in the centre, a coat of arms with an ermine mantle and the monogram JM, for Princess Josephine Maximilienne of Leuchtenberg (1807-1867), wife of Oscar I and, from 1844, Queen of Sweden and Norway; a circumscribing border with a star motif; gold edges worn, otherwise in good condition; L 14.5 cm.
