Georges Ventadour, born in 1897 in Sainte-Florine, Cantal, was seriously wounded in the head by an aerial bombardment in May 1917 while serving in the 88th Artillery Regiment. He was transferred in 1918 to the 3rd Company of Aeronautical Workers in Vincennes and died on October 15, 1918. French aviation. Six items relating to sportsman and airman Georges Ventadour: a large 32 × 24 cm photograph of Stade Nantais, decorated at the bottom with embroidered Allied flags; three small hospital photographs and one large one; and a page from Sporting magazine featuring his portrait. Born in 1897 in Sainte-Florine, Cantal, he was severely wounded in the head by aerial bombardment in May 1917 while serving with the 88th Artillery. He was transferred in 1918 to the 3rd Aeronautical Workers Company at Vincennes and died on October 15, 1918.
