TENNIS: Lew HOAD Dunlop Fort Lew Hoad Personal Model Maxply racquet. Likely used by Lew Hoad during the 1958 season and given to Michel Mattei. This racquet was donated by the player and comes from the personal collection of Michel Mattei, director, screenwriter, and producer of the documentaries *The Rites of Passage: The John McEnroe Story* (1981) and *The Pat Cash Story: No Second Prize* (1987). A tennis enthusiast, he has built up an exceptional collection of more than 1,500 racquets over several decades, thanks to his close ties with many legends of the sport, notably John McEnroe and Pat Cash.
