An M 1862 infantry rifle, Sömmerda Caliber 15.2 mm, No. “9334,” bolt number does not match. Four-groove, mottled bore with good rifling profile. Round, blued barrel, somewhat mottled; two-flap slide sight, marked several times in front of the receiver. Receiver bears manufacturer’s and model designation on the left side, “1869” and “1873” on the right. Receiver is partially mottled. Firing-pin lock with cylinder lock; firing pin missing. Full stock with brass fittings; front stock ring and barrel at the muzzle show pressure marks. Iron buttplate with military stamp “94.R.7.101.” Iron ramrod with matching number. Length 135 cm. Condition: II -
