Numerous portraits of caïds from various tribes and groups, including Kaddour ould Adda, agha of Saïda; Marabout Mohammed bel Mahi, caïd of the Kheider and a master ostrich hunter; members of the Oum-em-Debbab and Aousalal tribes; the Maalifs, the Ouhaïbas, the Rezaïna Garabah, and the Doui Thabet; portraits of the spahis of the Arab Bureau in Saïda; Black women performing the bull sacrifice; the ox festival; a mosque; a hunters’ camp; the Tifrit waterfalls; the desert; panorama, Ouled-Daoud woman, sorcerer, Tahouadjis, portraits of doctors at the Saïda military hospital—including one dressed in Algerian attire—dogs smoking pipes, posing with a skull captioned “The Workers of Death,” drinking alcohol while wearing a cap, on a cannon, a woman on horseback; Biskra: Landon Garden, hot spring, oasis; Saint-Maixent.
