A beautiful impression in the first state of 3, prior to numbering. Thick laid paper with a watermark of “a lily flower within a double circle surmounted by the letters CB” (Robison, 36/36bis). (1) Sheet intact with wide margins as originally printed. Slight trace of a vertical fold in the center. Excellent condition.
