Gebrüder Hemmerle A pair of 18k gold and sapphire clip earrings with large fine rubellite and amethyst pendants mounted in copper. Two-part earrings. Oval, domed clip fittings pavé-set with lilac and magenta sapphires respectively (144 sapphires, total 15.06 ct). Suspended from copper bezel settings, a very rare pinkish-red rubellite (54.66 ct, approx. 26.7 × 20.67 × 14.70 mm, saturated velvety hue) and a deep violet amethyst in oval faceted cut (39.53 ct, 26.6 × 20.48 × 12.98 mm, saturated velvety hue). Accompanied by the original coloured design drawing by Hemmerle. Material specifications according to the examined invoice from Hemmerle. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, Cu; “GH”, “Hemmerle”. Height 4.7 cm.
