Wilhelm Nagel A one of a kind German 18k gold and coloured pearl wreath necklace with a large star ruby. Unique piece. Three-dimensional wreath form composed of ribbed leaves interlinked to allow movement, with a push-in clasp in the form of a moulded cuff. Decorative brooch set with a large oval star ruby in a moulded collet setting (approx. 21.01 × 13.93 mm), flanked by laurel leaf clusters and set with 18 small pin-mounted pearls in shades of cream and brown. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, crown, maker’s mark, Cologne guild mark. Internal diameter 12.0 × 11.0 cm. Weight 253.55 g. Original leather-covered fitted case. Wilhelm Nagel, Wesseling, 1990s.
