Layers of warm, radiant fruit caress the palate in stunning style. Mineral notes appear on the finish, but the Luchets is essentially about fruit, within the context of Meursault, of course."(92pts) Provenance: The Art of Collecting: Fifty-three lots from a successful international restaurateur, who ranks among the world’s most important fine art collectors and approaches wine with the same trained eye. Highlights include 1990 Beauséjour Duffau-Lagarrosse, 1970 Latour in bottle and magnum, 1964 Pétrus, eight bottles and a magnum of 1990 Comte de Vogüé Musigny Vieilles Vignes, and six magnums of 2005 Clos de Tart in OWC. White Burgundy centers on fourteen lots of Comte Lafon from 1987 to 2011, and Italy closes with four bottles of 1971 Giacomo Conterno Barolo Riserva.
