A strong wind was blowing and rain was beginning to fall, but I was fascinated by the movement of the sea, which, driven by surface currents, was tracing circles. A snapshot could not capture this movement, so I used a neutral density filter and a ten-second exposure to allow the foam time to trace the path the water was following.
