FIRST EDITION of this account by an engineer officer who witnessed the Battle of Toulouse, which took place at the city gates. Includes a PLAN, a fold-out PLATE depicting a proposed monument, a fold-out MAP of Toulouse, and 3 LARGE fold-out PLANS, all in color. The title page and most of the plates are signed in black ink by the author with his initials “C. D.” ¶ Missing from Tulard–Quérard, II, 53; Barbier, III, 980.
