Alión 2003 is one of the most renowned expressions of Tempranillo from the Ribera del Duero, produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Alión, part of the Vega Sicilia group. Made from a selection of Tinto Fino grapes and aged in French oak barrels, it offers a wine of great concentration, structure, and depth. The 2003 vintage, characterized by particularly warm weather conditions, offers a profile of ripe black fruit, spicy and toasty notes, full-bodied tannins, and an enveloping texture, with remarkable length.
