A stainless steel and gold plated automatic sweep centre seconds wristwatch Tempomatic, Reference 56125, Case number 244787, Circa 1950 Jewelled automatic Cal: G220m bumper movement, silvered dial with applied gilt metal alternating dagger and Arabic hour markers, outer printed running seconds, gold plated dagger hands and arrow tipped sweep centre seconds, gold plated case with reeded down turned lugs, stainless steel snap on case back, fitted leather strap with later plated buckle, case, dial and movement signed 35mm diameter The Movado Tempomatic line was introduced in the 1940's and was Movado's first automatic wristwatch. The earlier models feature the 220 and 221 bumper movements. Please note that the watch straps for this lot are for display purposes only and will be removed at the time of purchase
