Homosexuality - LGBTQ - Kingdome 19 (that is: Daniel Schunack). Treasures of Egypt I. Three nude photographs. Gelatin silver print on baryta paper, sepia-toned. Vintage prints. Each signed in pencil on the reverse. Circa 2020. Sheet dimensions: 40 x 30 cm each. Nude photographs inspired by Elton John’s musical “Aida,” created by the East Berlin-based erotic photographer and graphic artist “Kingdome 19,” featuring the models Patrique, Yavor, and Angelo. - The photographer, who specializes in laboratory-processed photographs of men, employs elaborate laboratory techniques and, by superimposing multiple negatives or transparencies, creating an almost antique look, enhanced by the use of sepia tones and deliberately added scratches and blurring. Because each print is individually exposed, every print is one-of-a-kind. - Slightly wavy, otherwise in very good condition.
