Shea, No. 42 College Green with printed vignette borders finished in watercolour with titles reading Boarding the Spanish Ship off Cape St. Vincent; Entertaining the King of Naples in his Cabin; Memorable Attack on the Island of Teneriffe; Landing at Portsmouth after his Victory at Copenhagen, the lower edge with depiction of the Battle of the Nile, the top with another of Copenhagen with trumpeting cherubs holding a banner inscribed NELSON'S GLORY / BRITISH HEROISM, the centre with long manuscript paean entitled Trafalgar, 1805 and dated 'February the 4th, 1808' -- 18½ x 15in. (47 x 38cm.) Time stained overall, fold creases. the top now with three small holes, small tear top middle margin, light foxing
