Minor water stains and scratches on the slipcase. A luxurious edition of this novel by José-Luis de Vilallonga (1920–2007), featuring 15 large original color lithographs on pearlescent Japanese paper by Frédéric Menguy (1927–2007), all signed and numbered by the artist. Limited edition of 230 copies signed by the artist, the author, the publisher, and the bailiff responsible for numbering them; this is one of 100 copies printed on Arches vellum for the text and on pearlescent Japanese paper for the lithographs (No. 30). A very fine copy, complete with all 15 lithographs signed by Menguy, evoking sapphic love and femininity in a dreamlike manner.
