Sampson Mordan & Co., London, Toiletry case in burl walnut inlay; the hinged lid contains a removable mirror; the interior features a removable tray and five compartments, with a drawer at the bottom. The set contains: four vials, three round boxes, three rectangular ribbed glass boxes with silver lids decorated with chiseled scrollwork and the initials CCIH. Silver hallmarks: London 1922, JH silversmith. Included are two shoelace pullers, a folding knife, and a manicure set. Condition report: The bottom drawer no longer opens. Impact damage. Some manicure items are missing.
