* Large pitcher Made of glazed earthenware with a pale yellow base and green accents. The body is globular and bulbous, resting on a small circular foot. The neck is slightly flared, featuring a large spout and a ribbon-shaped handle on the back. Bears the following handwritten text incised (using the sgraffiato technique) on the body: “REPUBLIQUE // FRANCAISE // Liberté Egalité Fraternité // 4 Septembre // 1870,” placed above a half-wreath of laurel. Next, the inscriptions “Joubert Adrien Rentier // Au Monestier Du Percy” are hand-engraved on the left side, beneath a floral motif highlighting these words. And finally, beneath the handle, “H Vve // Eintsle // à Vif // Isère.”Rich floral decoration on the body and a spout decorated with ribbing, as is the handle.
