Märklin gauge H0 steam locomotive HR 800 of the LMS with tender, brown, 1950s Steam locomotive HR 800 with tender, gauge H0, by Märklin in metal construction. Version in the brown livery of the British London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) with black smokebox and red spoked wheels; the tender carries the lettering 'LMS', the cab 'HR 800 MÄRKLIN'. Played-with condition, the function is present, however in need of servicing due to the long period of standing (cleaning and oiling). The track section shown serves only for presentation. The absence of smaller, delicate add-on parts cannot be entirely ruled out. The HR 800 belongs to the classic 800 series by Märklin (1950s); the brown LMS version was produced for the British market and is particularly sought after by collectors.
