Shepard Fairey, known as OBEY (born in 1970) These sunsets are to die for! Color silkscreen print Signed and dated (20)25 in pencil in the lower right margin. Dimensions: 92.5 x 61 cm Note: In *These Sunsets Are to Die For!*, Shepard Fairey creates a composition with dystopian undertones, dominated by a spectacular, glowing red sunset. In the foreground, a couple gazes at an industrial landscape marked by smokestacks and smoke, while the title playfully subverts the expression “to die for.” The work thus contrasts the alluring beauty of the image with the consequences of industrialization and pollution, offering a reflection on contemporary environmental issues.
