Claude FOSSOUX (born in 1946). Women on the Beach on a Windy Day. Oil on canvas, signed lower left. Height: 66 cm - Width: 54 cm Note: Claude Fossoux follows in the Impressionist tradition through his interest in scenes of everyday life and the play of light. His paintings notably depict café terraces, gardens, and female figures. Through a loose brushstroke and contrasting highlights, he captures the variations in light and the atmosphere of each scene.
