ANTIQUE ANEROID WALL BAROMETER This instrument is used to measure atmospheric pressure and predict the weather. It features a dark-stained carved wooden frame and a metal knob at the top. It features a round, gold-plated brass dial protected by glass with a cream-colored background and two metal hands (one blue, which is the mechanical or indicator hand, and the other gold, which is the reference or witness hand). It has some marks on the wood, and the thermometer at the top, between the wooden “columns,” is missing. Dimensions: 46.5 cm long and 21 cm in diameter.
