197 - Attrib. Francesco Penni "The Sixth Station of the Cross" Oil on Copper Panel 17th century (possibly older) Artist/Designer/Manufacturer: Attrib. Giovan Francesco Penni (Italian, c. 1488–1528). Materials: Oil on copper panel, housed in a red-wash and giltwood architectural style cove frame. Marking(s): Inscribed on a metal presentation plaque to the lower inner frame cove: "FRANCESCO PENI 1492-1546".
