Created in 2008 at the initiative of Dr. Philippe Most, the Golden Scepters of Sustainable Development recognize and honor commitments to a more responsible and harmonious future. Their creation was entrusted to Zurab Tsereteli, an internationally renowned sculptor and president of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts. A leading figure in the contemporary art scene, he is recognized for the expressive power of his monumental works and for his contribution to intercultural dialogue. Through this symbolic work, art and the values of sustainable development come together to celebrate commitment, innovation, and responsibility toward future generations.
