CHEST OF DRAWERS: Bern, 19th/20th century (in the style of Mathäus Funk), walnut and walnut burl, veneered over softwood. Curved and rounded front and sides. Skirted frame on tall, curved legs with front sabots. Two-drawer front with brass rails “sans traverse.” Front and sides feature diamond-pattern marquetry with feather-beveled edges. Delicate bronze hardware; edge-profiled top made of Marbre de Roche. Drawers lined with wallpaper. H: 86 cm, W: 91 cm, D: 56 cm Auction start time: November 4, 2026, 3:40 p.m.
