4197 - Historic glass element or stained-glass panel from the Berlin Police Headquarters, mid-20th century; lead-framed glass with chain suspension. The panel is part of the windows that Professor Ernst Graef (1909–1985) created for the building in 1938. Destroyed during the war, the windows were replaced in 1985. The old glass panels were given to supporters of the project at that time as a token of appreciation. Presented in a matching case bearing the coat of arms of the Berlin Police, along with a small brochure featuring photos of the restoration work and a corresponding letter of thanks.
