Icona a trittico raffigurante San Nicola di Myra il Taumaturgo, affiancato dall'Arcangelo Michele e da Sant'Alexandra la Martire, tempera su tavola con rize in argento inciso e cesellato con smalti policromi. Le tre rize recano marchi non pertinenti di K. Fabergé, del maestro saggiatore, dell'argentiere e del titolo a 84 zolotnik.
