Colt “Single Action Army” revolver, six-shot, .45 Colt caliber. Round barrel with “COLT’S PT FA MFG Co HARTFORD CT USA” markings on two lines. Frame with two-line markings from 1871, 1872, and 1875 featuring a rearing horse. Stamped trigger guard. Push-button pin lock. Checkered grip plates with rearing horse and American eagle motifs in ebonite, with “COLT’S HTFD.CONN” marked on the inside. No. 127573 on the frame, trigger guard, and slide (circa 1888). Unnumbered cylinder, stamped with a rearing horse, cylinder lock numbered 966. Blued and mottled finish. Barrel length: 11.8 cm - Overall length: 26 cm With inert protective cartridges. Condition: Minor wear.
